I Don't Want to See My Daughter, but I'll Come

A hospice volunteer tracked down a man who had been estranged from his daughter for years. He asked her to come and see him, but the daughter didn't want to do it. The day she arrived he was confronted with how much he'd hurt her. She said: 'You're one of the most awful people i've ever known' It's really an act of mercy of your heart to say, all right, i can do this. I can forgive in some way. A lot of it is forgiving yourself.
