Protein and Muscle Building Goals on a Vegan Diet

Protein is so miniscualy bio available compared to protein from animal products, you have to often multiply it times too to get the amount you get in an animal product. With something like kenwa, you'd probably want at least forty grams of protein. So these sources of protine are just not going to be enough for anyone who has muscle building goals. It really helps to take even an hour out and think about your goal and like, visualize it.
