What's Happening in Your Brain When You Work Out?
When you think a thought, one ina shoots a charge across a synaptic cleft to another synaps so it's kind of like basically picture one of em throws a frisby to the other one. These physical things inside your brain are changing distances between each other based on how often you think them. So if you use the thought to dayis going to be hard, it's going to be easy to think. Your brain's going to default to it. But if you don't use that thought, if you think today is going to be harder than yesterday, then the thought will grow further and further away from you.
