How Much Did I Lose?

In the study, the average loss was about 850, 900 mls an hour roughly. The majority of people sat between kind of 700 and 1000 mLS an hour. So it was a relatively tight range because everyone was running in the same conditions at not exactly the same speed. And so this actually adds a lot more insight into this type of testing.
