Was That Your First Foray Into in House Recruiting?

I was doing tech recruiting, which I've such great respect for. Um, and it was doing just a ton of recruiting and, uh, was it sourcing? I was recruiting for that. After a while, a spot opened up in sales recruiting and they said, do you want to move over and do that? And I was like,Yeah, yeah, yeah. So I moved over and jumped onto the sales role. It's been almost 12, 11 and a half years since your first foray into true in house talent programs.
