The Importance of Proper Load Management

There's not really a wrong way of doing an exercise as long as there's proper load management. The biggest takeaway is just finding the movement pattern that is most comfortable and strong for your body. For flexibility, I wouldn't say it's useful. It's not really going to increase your range of motion in my experience.
