I believe that all the quote-unquote human stuff that people use are just band-aids to try and put on the issues that happen at the leadership level. So instead of fixing the actual issue that our CRO and our CRO CMO aren't aligned on the strategy Instead they say let's have another meeting with our sales and marketing team every Friday and present metrics and talk about opportunities Which is not a bad activity to do necessarily But when you're doing it to as a band-aid instead of solving the real issue, that's when I have challenges with it.
