Self Pity and Kindness
When you notice your crossing into that line of self pity, it's about then saying, what kind of action can i take? And there's always something that you can do to make somebody's life better. Go out and just be kind to somebody when you're having a bad day, and it can change your whole day around. Or practise gratitude. If you have clean water to drink and air to breathe,. you're still doing better than plenty of people on the planet. Just reminding yourself of those little things, to me like, ok an, what am i going to do next?
