The most of the runners that i see are recreationa runners, and i don't see people coming in purposely training different feren strike patterns. There's a reason why you have speed workouts as on why you have long runs. And you get used to all these different things, and it's just a part of training and becoming a better athlete. So oten nathin ra, when you do you see that, oris that something that you have anything to add to in terms of b ecause you truly see the most runners giving it a run?
