When you are training at a really high level for a long time, i like ivy kegan me, jonathan, you get to a point where you are really, really good at knowing when you need to back on. And the make simes, you do need to push through it for a little while, then it'll get better. But if your getting sick, or, like you have an injury on your knees, like actually hurting, just pushing through just going to make it worse. Can't do more damage, more harm than good.
