The Transition Back to Running in the Summer
I think mostly about injuries and lower leg injuries coming back. Making sure that I've done enough running while doing other sports so My body's physically prepared for the stress of pounding on running. It's another good way of almost delaying the season and not doing Too much in the winter. Especially in the us we have just different weather. We're a lot further south So there was already a decent race that went off this year in texas And then next month there will be a really big race actually just hours south of Flagstaff, Arizona where i'm I live in the us.
