Is This Really a Random Cousins App?

Evan Spiegel's mom tells her niece who's in high school in Orange County about this app that Evan's working on. Her niece downloads it and starts using it with her friends in high school. And one of the reasons that they start using it is that you don't need to use it on a phone. You can use it on an iPad because, you know, it works. It works on iPads too! The fact that those iPads didn't have Facebook is why they needed a different way to communicate so they installed Snapchat.
