Voice idee uses a confidence score scaling approach to make decisions. The model is trained on millions of utterances from different languages, accents and genders. This ensures that the model can produce imbeddings that are less prone to bias for any given language or accent, race or gender. And as always, a w s works to continuously improve that kind of accuracy.
