I Love Deep Squats for Knees

The bottom of the squat is the most expansive portion of the squas. Most people, when they go really heavy with the back squat, that's the portion that they will miss. I like to elevate the heels so people can get a bit deep or get more load,. More range, without being as compressive. The people whom i see who have lost the ability to compress are some of the worse movers.
