When high school, he went to a couple licensed speech therapists. The McGuire program was a sports psychology approach. So I took to it, I was like, yeah, I get this, I get it. And then years later after that, I'm having the same sort of, you know, sort of blackouts in terms of being able to like think. You have to care about yourself enough to want to spend time and energy on yourself. That put me on a road to just buying books and reading and alluring and anything.
