How Do You Feel About Yourself?

Shame narrows our view of ourselves so that we don't see anything but how bad we are and therefore we miss all this other stuff about ourselves. One of the worst things to do is if you don't really know where your shame triggers are especially in groups there's nothing worse than getting shamed by your patient and then sort of going down your own shame storm. i've got to say send the other are so many more questions that i could ask on this particular topic i think because it's simply so relatable and also as you pointed out early on it's something we really don't talk about because it's viscerally uncomfortable.
