How to Increase Training for Tendons

It's such a nightmare for tendons that people tend to have period of time off. Tandons will just react to that every single time. So the critical thing is about incremental change in load. Not doing more than two or three sessions a week, certainly in the first few weeks and being smart about how long you're loading for. Maybe start with an hour and then increase it from there.
