Mindfulness Base Techniques - What Is It?
The concept of mindfulness was popularized in the early 19 seventies. Studies show that after as little as eight weeks of my mindfulness practice, fairly intense about 30 minutes a day for eight weeks, our brains experienced both structural and functional changes. This is a concept of neurlesticity. And meditation is one of the ways in which we can make produce these kinds of changes in the brain.
