How Do You Use Work Specific Wording in Your Emails?

i feel like i use more work lingo now than ever in my emals. Sometimes it makes me feel like a politician a yo. I think being professional at work forces you to keep a positive attitude about addressing things. And i think sometimes, like, speaking in that manner helps me a think in that way. So are there any other things that you do in your day to day other than reminding yourself that you have the option to push back?
