The Pharmacokinetic Properties of an Ideal Inotrope
It meets most of these ideal phimoceutical properties a as it is stable in solution, has a shell fike of approximately two years and is cost effective. A drenelin is incompatible with multiple drugs, so should be infused by dedicated line or lumin thus, it doesn't meet all the characteristics of an ideal inotrope. It can be delivered perifly, but the strike should be observed frequently for signs of extravisation which can cause tissue proces - we usually give a drenalin centrally. Its metabolism is not dependent on renal or herpatic function, and it does not require moniting of levels,. making it useful for the ici patient.
