How to Get More Protein Into a 75 or 80 Year Old Person

Even talking about eating the amount of protein we've been discussing for a 35 40 year old is going to be a dramatic change. So I can imagine that would take a little bit of finessing and experimenting to figure out how to get that to work. As my parents got older and I saw those exact patterns I introduced them to protein shakes. One of the things we know is that as they get older chewing and older individuals don't like to chew meat, really dense protein it's just harder to deal with.
