The number one thing when we're doing this kind of work in meditation is a to come into it, to receive, to receive quiet calm. So a really simple way is to, you know, even lying on the earth and breathe,. Close your eyes and just go, how can i let go? Where am i holding tension ind my body? What are repetitive negative thoughts that are going on? And just start to like witness, almost as if you were asking them to leave you. When you get to that place of calm breath, that's when you welcome in what you're grateful for.
