Creating a Fun Environment for Idea Generation

It's a lot easier to generate ideas when you're in that not just a happy mood, but a safe mood where you feel like you can be vulnerable around these people. So I always think it's worth the time whenever I meet with, you know, somebody to generate ideas. If you're a manager, maybe give people as stipends, like can they like spend some small amount on setting up their work environment? Or send them post-it notes or dry erase markers and make sure they have this dedicated area for creative thinking.
