Can Meditation and Exercise Enhance Your Fitness Training?
What activities in our lives can support our fitness training or complement our fitness training? I think as we talked about a little bit, right, recovery is so important. Getting good sleep is essential for good rest, which is essential for getting the benefits of exercise. And then also, I know you meditate, Brett, but I think meditation is also a very under appreciated tool that we could be using.
