Gravity is our best flexor. The less we can fight that, the more ankle doors eflection wil access very quickly and it will stick around. So lettng the quads relax, letting the knee bend, letting the aproximate shain drop forward, letting the distalt chain kind of move backwards relative to that, will improve hip flexion, knee flexion,. ankle dor eflexion, the movement of the calcanes, the mid for a knee like tibya internal rotation, maybe hip internal rotation, all of that stuff. Theyre so i hope that makes sense.
