The Impact of T-P53 Mutations on Myelofibrosis

Myelofibrosis is a chronic myeloproliferative neoplasm that develops either de novo or evolves from essential thrombocythemia. In patients with Mylo Displastic syndromes, T-P53 mutations are associated with high-risk disease and rapid transformation to acute myeloid leukemia.
