Pre Run Warm Up

As you age, a pre run warm up becomes even more important as we are trying to just kind of keep things in optimal condition. It should take between five and ten minutes depending on what specifically you are trying to do. If anybody comes at me and says, well, lions don't warm up before the buddy, you're not a lion. You're a human being who's a recreational endurance runner. Yes, you should do it. Five, ten minutes. It'll make you feel better. I promise.
