The Importance of Zone Two Sessions
"I don't know that I'm going to sit here and say that for the next like two years, I'mgoing to be doing six zone two sessions one zone five session and four weight training sessions a week," he said. "But like you said, I have kind of curated my life in a way that has been conducive to at least allowing me to experiment with this at the moment" He added: "So it does seem as if those additional two zone two sessions have propelled me back into progression once again."
