The Power of Courage in the World

Our hierarchies are predicated on competence and competence is predicated in part on courage. And so we should facilitate that courage because it's a good way of being in the world. You develop your competence by facing things that you don't haven't yet mastered, overcoming your fear and learning to master them. Then you become competent and that moves you up the hierarchy.
