The History of Brewing

We brewed what we call Liberty Ale in the spring of 75. And we called it Liberty Ale because we were looking for some justification and inspiration. We could see that the bicentennial in 76 was coming and I thought we'll get a jump on all the people who will do some sort of bicentennial brews. So we brewed an ale and I used sugar because I knew that the English used sugar in their modern ale. And I was terribly disappointed with the product, only had a few hundred cases. When we're going to brew something, we brew it and we sell it.And I guess the Liberty Ale was the first example of that.I don't think we ever sold
