There's some key ways, not questions, to ask behaviour. If they respond and start helping the deal forward you're going to need to move it into procurement or legal steps within their internal ing process. And if they are completely resistant on getting you what you need a then that is a good indicator for me that this is not where it needs to be. I had a deal recently that that was the same thing. As much as i wanted to close it, it's one of those things where it's like omina disappear into the background a bit.
