The late David Torrance practiced essentially, you know, shifting gears in a fatigue state. He did some interesting things where he changed like some he would run without using his arms and some he would, right? And it was a little bit different, but I always watch that and appreciate that. It comes back to the Tom Tiles, like most people, if you've never practiced it, you don't know how to change gears. Kaylee could do the steady rate thing with the world record because she's so much better at changing her biomechanics than other runners.
