The Differences Between Inpatient and Outpatient Antibiotic Treatment
The calculus is really dependent on the resolution of the fever and when the neutrophil count recovers. There's a new paradigm called de-escalation in which that if they have been a febrile, even if they're going to be neutropenic for longer than a week,. We've actually incorporated that into our leukemia service guidelines. And I think it's less of an issue, again, for solitude or patients because again, the duration of the neutropenus short. So we'd love to answer more questions, but time-wise, we have like three take home points that you wanted people to remember from this talk.
