You'd rather see people spread out over more days, opposed to omle do, pan stand, strag for five hours and tey, do nothing else for the rest of the week. If you ant to go super gradually, you can probly just, like, start with one drill, do like three sets of it every day. And when it gets easy, switch the drill to a different one. Ye, well, it's all to stand. Most of it is to stamble until, like, your stupid. But you rest, rightn shake your am, but exen. Am, of course, going i have to learn to kick up and do ther stuff
