What's the Point of Reflection?
It's about encouraging everybody in the room to have a say. It's about making the topic of conversation not something where anybody can even feel remotely that they are at fault or to blame, because it doesn't matter. This is just no blamed culture situation. When things go wrong, people will go, what did i do? Is that my fault? But because that was not the starting point for the conversation, they were able to just simply talk about what was going on. More importantly, the idea came from the people who were actually experiencing the difficulty in the issue. So they felt ownership over issue diagno and therefore more likely to implement them.
