Flexibility Mobility Training for Triathletes

I think that most athletes can definitely benefit from flexibility mobility training as you said shoulders neck thoracic spine ankles those are all really important and it doesn't necessarily have to be a long intricate routine. I'm not sure how strongly how directly it's going to translate to direct speed in the water but I think over time it will probably help you maintain your muscle function better like over the years let's say. It will be a good balance to long endurance training to do some which is a very high intensive training when you do some kind of strength training so  I don't necessarily have the feeling that most adult onset males in particular are limited by their strength training.
