How to Hire a Growth Manager

Growth teams are there to enable you and add additional evidence into your decision-making. I actually enable my teams over time, all the always say that you have to fail at least 50% of the time so we can extract learnings out of those fails. My favorite quote here is actually from Brian Balfour, who used to say that growth is an evolution. It's not a revolution.
