Aren't There Other Ways to Restructure Our Work Places?

Sophia Yaps: We're probably enterig an era where there will be many more people b basily working just because they have to. But aren't there also stories of people who are in jobs that you or i might see as mundane, but find a way of giving them meaning? My grandmother cleaned toilets in a hospital. She was very similar to that. So that's a great example ofow exactly the principle that iam articulating. Most people want their work to be meaningful and want to do work. When you give them control, they will respond to the need in front of them. They will find ways to make that work meaningful.
