Norman served six years in the banking industry, providing financial services to families and small businesses. Norman later became a fulltime outreach minister and entrepreneur to better serve the needs of his community. As an outreach minister, he has established partnerships geared toward reducing poverty and developing community. As an entrepreneur, he teaches financial literacy and promotes home ownership as a licensed realtor. Norman seeks to empower others through faith and economics.

Jennifer Ferrara is a Realtor from New Jersey. She has skill when it comes to selling "for sale by owner" homes and homes that have sat on the market with other agents.
