How Do Distance Runners Improve Their Performance?
I'm just curious obviously as I said there's so many different people that you work with but obviously the the audience here are distance runners predominantly. Where we start is working on the awareness and strength to keep your spine in neutral while you're breathing and while you are moving your limbs usually the legs and then we add the arms on laterYeah awesome yeah it's funny you say that I often I often feel like I sleep a lot better after I've done something like that like in my experience it's been the yin yoga when I've done that relatively close to bedtime which has been nice.
