The Importance of Library Marketing
In 2019, a library patron in New Brunswick returned a book titled Relax and Live 63 years after it was first borrowed. Little did they know the Toronto Library caps its overdue fines at $14. That same year, someone in Manitoba found a children's book in her house that she had originally checked out in 1946. Even though the book was way overdue, the library doesn't charge overdue fines on children's books.
