The Benefits of Dark Chocolate on Your Gut

Being picky might not be the best thing for you, believe it or not. Increasing the range of foods is kind of like increasing the range of experiences in your life. So again, being a picky eater and eating just a few foods don't wear it as a badge of honor folks. It might be putting you at a disadvantage with the version of yourself that you can be when you introduce more diversity of foods. That works because with more diversity of food comes more diversity of gut microbiome. And that we know is a hugely positive trait having more diverse gut microbiomes.
