Most people, and I really do mean most, talk to themselves horrendously. There were times I was like, holy crap. I can't believe I'm saying this to myself. Just beat yourself up. And sometimes it's so like, it's so sly. But imagine hearing that from a friend or a parent or a lover stop being so stupid. That would be considered abuse. So the opposite of that is becoming discerning. Which is a requires education,. thought it's a skill, something that you have to practice. It's a practice. Yes.
