Most people, and again, i generalize, but w 've gone a lot of observation, most people are locked in to the outcome. So they wind up making concessions that they would not otherwise make. You have to say to yourself, if i can't get the outcome that i want here, or at least an outcome that meets my basic needs, then i'm going to walk away,. That, to me, is the most important.
