The Importance of Social Life in Mini Cutting
A lot of times I was prescribing gaining phases that were just way too slow. Now I actually push for a little bit more weight gain. Use mini cuts as a bridge to get from like, okay, we want to get from now to say before 212 or I wanted to get that 150 bodybuilder to 170. And it's funny that you mentioned that, Jeff, because if we would have been holding this podcast like say eight years ago, I wouldn't have been able to be on it due to being anti-mini cut.
