A study by corea and colleagues which came out in 20 21. It actually met some of those assumptions that i was talking about, where we probably didn't see these effects in show 20 18. So outside of logistical constraint im an, outside of being a competitive weight lifter, is there reason to do two days? And the answer is, maybe.
