The Importance of Patient Build Up

The 10% rule, I think is like the biggest myth there is almost in training. You just need to have a very patient build up a long time. There's also a nice problem with just keeping the load the same for a little bit. But that's what the rule. Not necessarily implies, but a lot of people interpret it that way anyway. Yeah. So yeah, injury prevention, it means not doing things too early or notdoing things too early. And so, you know, there are some small things you can do maybe to improve slightly quicker, but there is no shortcut here. It takes time to be. Really patient, really patient build up.
