The story about how I started a gym with only $12, this is the story. I was 25. I made a business plan. I sat with a six-year man and said, give me your gym. I don't really think that's luck. I think that's risk. And I think a lot of people are scared to do that. I've never ran an ad in my life. I refuse to run ads, to be honest with you. I just think that if you do your business right, you shouldn't have to pay for shit.

Actually, it is a crazy story. I'll do the short version of it. I was an athlete actually my whole life. I played soccer, you know, trained really hard, got into college playing soccer, all the things, studied law.
