The Importance of Cooling Your Body
If your body is having to work harder to cool itself, that means that it can't produce as much power. And that ends up from a training perspective, if you can't produced as much power, that means there's less potential stimulus that you're dosing your body with. So this is something that's really important to keep in mind. More work on the cooling side means less potential stimulus, which means less potential adaptation from your training.
