meditation is an incredible driver of the success of my day if i do it. If you can find something like that, where it's just rejuvenation on demand, your mind can get really and your body can get really energized. That's what you want, because it's just going to make everything better. You'll just feel so relaxed when you're being productive. And you don't need cafian at least omy experience, i hardly ever consume kafine any more. I dadn't even noticed it. It wasn't deliberate.
